Exchange And Refund policy
No return policy
If the product is damaged, send the video of the unboxing process. Make sure the video clearly shows the condition of the saree and any damage it might have. Ensure your order ID is visible in the video or written down separately to reference it easily. We have Exchange available for defective products.
we do take exchange only if :
- The item received has any kind of damage (stain, scratches, cut, etc.)
- The item received is not the same item that was confirmed while placing the order
If you need to request an Exchange, you must send a request within 24 hours of receiving the package from Aurora Designs by Anju
only eligible for return/exchange if it has:
- Genuine Quality Issues: If you receive a saree with genuine quality problems, please contact within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request you to provide additional photographs or other forms of verification to process your return. We will initiate the refund/exchange process once we have received the product and investigated the issue.
- Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product: If your saree arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will initiate the refund process or send you the correct item at no additional shipping cost, based on your preference.
Orders are NOT eligible for return/exchange if it has:
- Color Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true color of the saree. However, there might be slight color variations due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note color variation or color mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.
- Any requests for returns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds.
- All products being returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Please ensure that the saree is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sarees that have been customized or altered to your specifications like adding fall and edging
- Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return cost and customs duties (for international orders).

Orders placed for Gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation/ exchange or

Exchange requests for discount items will not be accepted
